LightChem系列(lie)光電化(hua)學藍寶石反應(ying)(ying)釜, 視(shi)窗材質采用藍寶石玻璃,可視(shi)直徑40mm。電化(hua)學電極標配三電極體系:工作電極,參比電極,輔(fu)助電極。溫度(du)250度(du)。壓力10Mpa、20Mpa、30Mpa可選。世(shi)紀森朗(lang)MRSC-LC-D反應(ying)(ying)釜控(kong)制系統V1.06,可以實(shi)現(xian)對反應(ying)(ying)釜的加(jia)熱、冷(leng)卻、攪拌、程序編(bian)程、數(shu)據采集(ji)等諸多控(kong)制功(gong)能(neng)。
1、 MRSC-LC-D反應釜控制系(xi)統V1.06控溫檢(jian)測:
液晶顯示屏三色LCD智能控制(zhi)儀,同時檢測(ce)釜內(nei)溫度(du)(du)(du)(du)和(he)釜壁溫度(du)(du)(du)(du)。并進行連鎖(suo)控制(zhi),任何一(yi)路超過(guo)(guo)設(she)定值(zhi)(zhi)均(jun)不(bu)會加(jia)熱,并且可以自行設(she)定加(jia)熱速率(lv)。這樣有效防止了溫度(du)(du)(du)(du)過(guo)(guo)沖,非(fei)常適合反應(ying)溫度(du)(du)(du)(du)低于(yu)150度(du)(du)(du)(du)的實驗和(he)需(xu)要限制(zhi)一(yi)些超過(guo)(guo)臨界溫度(du)(du)(du)(du)值(zhi)(zhi)會產生爆炸或分解(jie)的反應(ying)物質(zhi)。
2、高(gao)溫磁子強力(li)攪拌(ban)(ban),可配(pei)置槳式機械攪拌(ban)(ban)方式:
光(guang)電聯(lian)合(he)催(cui)化(hua)反應釜(fu)采用稀(xi)土材(cai)料(liao)強(qiang)力磁(ci)鐵,攪拌力矩大大提升。直流無刷電機使攪拌壽命理論上可以達到10年以上而不(bu)需更換(huan)磨(mo)損部件。轉(zhuan)速可以由0-1500轉(zhuan)/分自(zi)由設定,且不(bu)失轉(zhuan)。
3、聲(sheng)光雙重報警系統:
溫度或壓力報(bao)警后均會觸發報(bao)警,報(bao)警后相關(guan)(guan)報(bao)警點顯(xian)示為(wei)(wei)紅色并且閃爍。控制(zhi)器(qi)內(nei)置交流接觸器(qi),控制(zhi)加(jia)熱電源開關(guan)(guan)。報(bao)警同時加(jia)熱自(zi)動停止(zhi)。連鎖控制(zhi)后,此報(bao)警需人為(wei)(wei)檢查后找到故障原因后方(fang)可(ke)手動恢復。(也可(ke)設定為(wei)(wei)自(zi)動恢復加(jia)熱)并可(ke)選配可(ke)燃氣(qi)體報(bao)警系(xi)統(tong)。
4、模塊(kuai)化加熱設計:
光電聯合催(cui)化(hua)反應釜(fu)(fu)(fu)不(bu)同(tong)的容(rong)積的反應釜(fu)(fu)(fu)可(ke)以(yi)共用(yong)控制底盤,相同(tong)外徑(jing)的釜(fu)(fu)(fu)體可(ke)以(yi)共用(yong)加(jia)熱器。從而大(da)大(da)節(jie)省了經費(fei)。并且加(jia)熱器外殼(ke)設有專用(yong)防(fang)燙護(hu)罩,防(fang)止客戶燙傷(shang)。
5、靈活的(de)選配及定制(zhi):世(shi)紀森朗擁有著十(shi)四年微型高壓反應釜加工(gong)技術(shu)經驗和反應設備(bei)核心技術(shu),可為用戶定制(zhi)加工(gong)適應不同實驗體系的(de)反應設備(bei),并保證其(qi)安(an)全、穩定、操(cao)作簡便。
a、氣體報警系統:配備氣體報警系統后(hou),可燃氣體報警后(hou)會聯動反應釜控制器報警,并且加熱(re)自動停止。
b、壓(ya)力顯示(控制)模(mo)(mo)塊:壓(ya)力顯示模(mo)(mo)塊包(bao)含壓(ya)力傳感器(qi)(qi)、連接電纜、智能顯示控制器(qi)(qi)。壓(ya)力控制模(mo)(mo)塊額外添加氣(qi)動背(bei)壓(ya)閥及電子(zi)壓(ya)力控制器(qi)(qi)。壓(ya)力范圍視反(fan)應釜耐壓(ya)配置。
c 、冷卻模塊:可以選配(pei)氣動冷卻模塊快速冷卻釜壁(bi)溫度。包含(han)電纜、電磁閥、及管線。
d、選配數據通訊(xun)電(dian)纜(lan)及數據采集(ji)軟件。可以實(shi)現對光電(dian)聯合(he)催(cui)化磁(ci)力反應釜(fu)反應溫(wen)度、釜(fu)壁溫(wen)度和壓力的采集(ji)。
e、相關數據可(ke)以動(dong)態回放(fang),可(ke)以同(tong)時記錄所有數據,并可(ke)以為反應釜配套系統(tong)添加額外的保溫(wen)伴(ban)熱模塊或(huo)壓力顯示(shi)模塊。數據可(ke)以轉換(huan)為excel表格,方便(bian)客戶進行二次圖表處理。
